Mommy question

Hey breastfeeding moms, got a question... How much did you worry about what you ate affecting the baby? Or how much did you notice what you ate affecting the baby? I don't remember worrying about this with either of my other two. But after having two miserable nights w/ not much sleep this past weekend I am willing to live on Cheerios for the next few months in order to sleep. I don't even know if what I ate this past weekend had anything to do w/ being up w/ Nathan or not, but it's hard not to wonder. So what is your experience?

Everytime Beth ate cabbage, Lillian had a stomachache.

Ellie has been my only baby to react to what I ate. Lettuce, spicy foods, and beans are the worst offenders. Not sure why it wasn't an issue with my other kids.

With Kate, it was too much chocolate (like a huge gooey chocolate cake) and with Lexi it was too many tomatoes, but both of them had a few nights of screaming due to what I ate.
