Use of the word rare no longer rare
Thanks to the wonderful invention of Ebay there is nothing truly rare anymore, yet everyone who puts stuff up for sale on there insists on putting rare or hard to find in their descriptions/titles. It is kinda silly. They should really check around and see how many other items just like their's are for sale before declaring their's rare. Yes, I know some of the old stuff is rare. I have been looking at no longer made LIttle Tykes stuff and that stuff is rare as in you can't find it in the stores anymore, but there are usually at least 5 or 6 listings for whatever it is I am looking at. And htf? Do people look around on Wal-Mart, Target, or Amazon before listing this stuff or buying it. I never bid on anything anymore without looking around the rest of the world wide web first. I have been had too many times before now buying something for what I thought was a good price before realizing I could have bought it somewhere else for brand new for a better price. Ebay can be so addictive and also cause you to make really bad decisions. I find if I spend too much time on there it becomes so important. You get in a rush to have to have whatever it is you are looking at. What if you miss it? What if there aren't anymore? What if this is the best deal out there? The internet has really changed everything hasn't it?
Any while I am ranting or at the very least on some kind of soapbox I would like to know why Fisher Price and Little Tykes have quit making so many classic and wonderful toys. I can wander through the aisles of Ebay just searching all the Little Tykes stuff. There is so much stuff they don't make anymore. Some of it they have updated, but most of it they don't make anymore. Really great classic stuff that I would like for my kids. Until FP and LT get the memo I guess I will keep looking on Ebay.
And I can't post about Ebay without telling everybody to go watch Weird Al's 'I bought it on Ebay' video on Utube. Absolutely hilarious.

The weather!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This weather!!!!!!!!!!!! It is absolutely the most wonderful thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I suppose I should apologize for all or at least most of those exclamation points. I just can't help it. All of my windows and doors are open. My kids are outside. They keep running in to check with me and smell like little puppy dogs.
It smells like spring. I want to plant things. I want to plan things. I want to shop. I have Easter in my head and in my blood. I bought a few lil sussies that I will stick in Stephen's easter basket on ebay yesterday. And this morning I have been shopping several websites looking at Easter outfits. I think I really like what I see (and the price!) at The Children's Place for Stephen. And their are several cute dresses at Target that I like for Lexie. I am trying to decide how much they need to match or not. Part of me says they don't really. But then think of pictures... A little matching might not be too bad. Hmmm...I think a trip to Funroe might be in order.

calling all reviews
Please tell us what kind of digital camara and/or camcorder you own and what you like and don't like about it. We are in the market for both. Our digital camara has died and our children our just too cute to not have one. I am the one who takes sometimes up to a 100 pictures in a day b/c you can always go back and delete the not so good ones. Every day that goes by that I can't document what Stephen and Lexie looked like and what they did just kills me. But I hate sifting through long reviews and stuff online. I just want a camara that will take decent pictures, is not too big, with not too long of a delay and I can load them pretty easily into my computer. I am wondering how big the margin is on paying for what you get. I like my sunglasses pretty cheap b/c I know something will happen to them and I don't want to mourn them just run out and grab another pretty cheap pair. In my up down and all around with the kids I don't want a really expensive camara that I will be terrified of something happening too either. So tell me whatcha got and would I like it?
